Returns and Exchanges Policy – Haus No. 7

We at Haus No. 7 want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can return or exchange it according to the following conditions:

1. Product return date

You can cancel a transaction and return products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

2. Conditions for return or exchange

In order for us to accept the product back, it must meet the following conditions:

The product is in its original packaging, intact, and has not been used.
The product was not damaged or spoiled.
For returns, a purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be attached.

3. How to return the product

The product will be returned in one of the following ways:

Shipping by mail/courier: The product can be sent back to us (a shipping address will be provided in coordination with customer service). The shipping cost applies to the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
Pickup arrangements: By prior arrangement with us (delivery charges may apply).

4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be made to the payment method used to make the transaction within 14 business days.
In accordance with the law, when canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted.
Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.

5. Non-returnable products

Products that are manufactured specifically for the customer (Custom Made) or on a personal order.
Products that have been used or whose packaging has been damaged.

6. Defective product

If the product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and attach a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement product or a full refund with no cancellation fees.
